The Challenge
Dockers — the iconic American khaki brand — needed to modernise their e-commerce infrastructure and improve the online performance of their direct-to-consumer channel. Their existing platform was limiting their ability to move quickly, test and iterate on their digital experience, and was delivering conversion rates below their potential. A move to Shopify Plus was the strategic decision, but the migration needed to preserve SEO equity and improve performance from day one.
The Solution
We delivered a comprehensive migration to Shopify Plus, with conversion improvement built into every aspect of the new store build. SEO infrastructure was carefully preserved throughout the migration to protect their existing organic rankings. The new theme was built performance-first, with a cleaner, more commercial product page design that improved the path from product discovery to purchase. US payment options including Shop Pay and Affirm were integrated to reduce checkout friction.
