Pangaia — the materials science company and sustainable fashion brand — needed a store that communicated both the depth of their sustainability mission and the desirability of their products. The existing store underserved their brand narrative, failing to convey the science and purpose behind each product in a way that drove purchase intent. With a growing global customer base, they also needed a more sophisticated conversion funnel.
The Solution
We rebuilt Pangaia's Shopify Plus store with brand storytelling embedded at every level of the customer journey. Product pages were redesigned to communicate both the visual appeal and the sustainability credentials of each material — using custom Liquid components to surface science-based content alongside standard product information. The conversion funnel was optimised from collection browsing through to checkout, with a particular focus on the moments where brand belief translates to purchase decision.
