The Challenge
Nadine Merabi — renowned for their signature embellished gowns worn by celebrities worldwide — came to us with a store that no longer matched their brand prestige. The existing site felt visually flat against the luxury of the products, suffered from sluggish load times that were directly impacting conversions, and lacked the international infrastructure needed to support their ambitious global growth plans. With over half their e-commerce revenue coming from international customers, their fragmented multi-store setup was causing operational overhead and inconsistent customer experiences across markets.
The Solution
We delivered a full Shopify Plus redesign that captures the dramatic, high-fashion energy of the Nadine Merabi brand. Working closely with their creative team, we built a bespoke theme on Shopify's Online Store 2.0 architecture — prioritising performance at every level, achieving average page load times under 2 seconds across all devices. Mobile experience was a central design priority given that mobile traffic accounts for the vast majority of their sessions. To support their international ambitions, we implemented Shopify Markets to consolidate their fragmented store estate into a single, scalable infrastructure — enabling the team to activate new markets quickly without duplication of effort.
